Pressure on AIIMS Delhi will continue to be more severe in coming years in spite of opening more AIIMS in various states of India

In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! If anyone happens to visit AIIMS, Delhi (the only premier institution of India) these days, seeing the unimaginable crowds from all directions & long serpentine Q everywhere, immediately it will come to his mind that here instead of proper treatment to the patient, chances appear to be so that a healthy man accompanying the patient might develop some abnormality. But the scenario altogether changed after Tata consultancy services (TCS) brought in Dec'2015 by Central Govt. to turnaround the entire mess. Their (TCS) services are so praiseworthy nobody can live without appreciating profoundly. And there is no doubt if they remain at the helm throughout, a silent revolution will soon take place whole of India sooner or later towards better public health services to the common man through coming up more AIIMS, (seven currently in operation & fifteen more in pipeline totalling twenty-two) in other st

In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! I wonder when I recall the time in the year 2014 when our PM was very seriously  and  anxiously looking for the capable persons with a clean image for Railway  and  Defence Ministries. Mr. Suresh Prabhu was picked up from Maharashtra  and  Mr. Manohar Parrikar was desperately compelled to leave Goa CMship to take the charge of Defence Ministry as everyone knew he was not interested to leave Goa politics  and  hence not very keen on joining Mr. Modi cabinet as a Union Minister. It is really most regretful to note that one has returned to the pavilion  and  the second one has been shifted to another ministry. As far as calibre is concerned both have already established their name  and  fame as very honest  and  efficient Ministers. This perhaps is the only reason our PM has specially assigned these important portfolios to them. But Almighty has something else in the store. Now, the most efficient man of Mr. Mo

Dear Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, ( CM, Delhi). Complete the remaining tenure ( about two and half year) in Delhi with dignity & make solid inroads in other states one by one by degree

Winning Delhi Bawana seat by AAP came as a silver lining in darker clouds. After defeats, one after another, Goa to Rajouri to MCD there was a gloomy atmosphere. It appeared that they came in Indian Politics as a storm (Aandhi)  and  disappeared as a hurricane ( Toofaan). But sincere  and  hard works really paid and destiny too might have taken its own course favourably. This AAP victory will definitely prove to be a game changer and rejuvenate the entire workforce top to bottom afresh. If AAP really keen to keep this tempo up permanently in its favour,    herein lies some valuable tips worth considering; AAP should always keep on adopting the innovative ways to keep its cadres energised to struggle   and to fulfil the enormous challenges ahead so that after successfully completing the tenure, be able to face the electorates with dignity in the next election. This is not an uphill task so long as Arvind Kejriwal is at the helm. Under his leadership, they (party worker

My elder son gets married; Consequences follow with this development:

In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! Since I belong to eastern part of UP, Gorakhpur in particular, marriages, are generally, held in our clan with bride/ bridegroom belonging to Gorakhpur  and  its adjoining areas fell both sides (UP  and  Bihar) of Gorakhpur (UP) only in most of the cases. But in my elder son's case, I was particular  and  requested my father not to worry about looking for a girl from these areas for his grandson as will not suit him in the long run. Otherwise, there were plenty of proposals lined up since the very beginning, a simple nod from us was enough to take care of everything by them (Bride side) in connection with marriage. Although,    I never opted for a working girl in my own case when getting married in around the year 1983, but in my son's case, I had not even asked him once nor ever tried to know his preference about working or non-working girl. I used to say regularly that we need a good, educated gi

Job in a private company ; It is underpaid, insecure, thankless, and certainly comes with a gloomy future.

In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! Perception is very deceptive. Outwardly, anything might look very attractive  and  glamorous but actually, it is neither true nor paying on a long-term basis.   Since most of the government jobs being routine  and  dull, it seemed unattractive comparing to private jobs which generally appear to be more charming from outside but totally hollow from inside. Here, we must remember the popular saying, " all that glitters is not gold." Therefore, it is necessary that one should have the complete picture, what actually is? when one starts one's career either in private or in a government organisation. It is much better if one makes up his mind about the line of studies  and  career based on one's temperament  and  interests at the early stage of schooling but most unfortunately,    it doesn't happen in actual practice. Because it is a very difficult issue for one to understand precisely

Learn to say "NO", it works & it's good and healthy tendency too

In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! It often occurs in our day to day life that we find ourselves in dilemma what to do when someone known/ unknown seeks some favours or makes some requests. It generally happens when one wants to say No to their offer but does not know how to say No. Most of my readers must already be knowing how to say No. It's a good tendency  and  healthy too.    Immediately,   it may hurt the front man for some time but same people do appreciate later for this habit of frankness. For the simple reason that without loosing their time they may try some other alternatives. There are many among us who neither say yes nor no  and  keep the others in dark  and  trying to impress of help but ultimately turn out with unfavourable response and by so doing not only harm others    but also damage their reputations  and  once the faith is shaken, it carries whole life, like "If mirror is broken, line remains." This is
