Job in a private company ; It is underpaid, insecure, thankless, and certainly comes with a gloomy future.

Image
In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! Perception is very deceptive. Outwardly, anything might look very attractive  and  glamorous but actually, it is neither true nor paying on a long-term basis.   Since most of the government jobs being routine  and  dull, it seemed unattractive comparing to private jobs which generally appear to be more charming from outside but totally hollow from inside. Here, we must remember the popular saying, " all that glitters is not gold." Therefore, it is necessary that one should have the complete picture, what actually is? when one starts one's career either in private or in a government organisation. It is much better if one makes up his mind about the line of studies  and  career based on one's temperament  and  interests at the early stage of schooling but most unfortunately,    it doesn't happen in actual practice. Because it is a very difficult issue ...

Learn to say "NO", it works & it's good and healthy tendency too

Image
In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! It often occurs in our day to day life that we find ourselves in dilemma what to do when someone known/ unknown seeks some favours or makes some requests. It generally happens when one wants to say No to their offer but does not know how to say No. Most of my readers must already be knowing how to say No. It's a good tendency  and  healthy too.    Immediately,   it may hurt the front man for some time but same people do appreciate later for this habit of frankness. For the simple reason that without loosing their time they may try some other alternatives. There are many among us who neither say yes nor no  and  keep the others in dark  and  trying to impress of help but ultimately turn out with unfavourable response and by so doing not only harm others    but also damage their reputations  and  once the faith is shaken, it carries whole life,...

Passing the buck is no SOLUTION but one ought to develop the habit of seeing the full picture with the intention to HELP only

In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! Once an exporter dispatched one consignment to a foreign destination against irrevocable letter of credit  and  based on dispatch documents already realised payments as per the terms. After a few months exporter came to know that goods not reached the consignee ( the customer). The deal is incomplete, though the consignor dispatched the goods in time  and  got the payment also but due to transit loss or some unknown reasons goods not reached the consignee. Hence the dispute started. The deal will only be treated as complete when customers received the goods in time of which he had already made the advance payment. Simply put both the parties must be satisfied with the deal, which is not the case here, most basic of any business to flourish on long term basis. To eliminate this problem, MNC like Philips takes due precautions  and  their goods are fully transit ensured until reached th...

Corruption; Can it ever be finished/ eradicated?

Image
In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! How strange is it whenever we are assembled/collected anywhere on any occasion, one of the most interesting topics of discussion has commonly been corruption also. And we generally treat this phenomenon something out from us most surprising  and  ignorantly. But the actual fact is, it basically first exists in our mind. But very sadly, we treat all others as corrupt but ourselves. Sometimes,    I wonder in such ignorant environments, can corruption ever be eradicated from our lives?   One day a man went to see Guru Chanakya in the evening. He was doing some official work in candle light. Before beginning to talk to him Guru unlit the candle  and ; lit the another candle. Curiously enough the man asked him why he did so? He replied first candle was meant for the official job. Since you are here for personal work, how can I use an official candle for personal work?    ...

Women empowerment; It brings prosperity & misery both. It's natural, one must welcome it...

Image
In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! Amidst all round demand from all quarters for women empowerment, it is more important  and  interesting too to know its pros  and  cons to our homes, families, and  society at large. As said rightly: " If we educate a man, we educate one person. If educate a woman, we educate the nation." This is why we ought to give top priority to educate the girl child. People are sufficiently aware of its importance  and  government too is doing its part vociferously  and  constructively by encouraging it in every possible manner by launching various programs  and  schemes for their overall progress  and  development resulting nowadays we find them everywhere right from blue collar jobs to white collar jobs to service industry......etc. But as we are aware we are a male dominated society  and  all outside activities are meant to the m...
