At the very outset, accept my heartiest congratulations on your re becoming the C.M of Delhi. I, Sinha.P.K am a simple man with diverse academic & service background & having vast practical experience of 35 yrs. or so in almost all the fields of human operations & public dealings.

What I wish to offer you as one of your ardent ideological supporters & also an AAP MEMBER is based on my own hard-core experience, gained after dealings with various type of people of diversified trade & industries in Delhi outside Delhi & Abroad. Though, at present I am not very actively involved with the party, I vouch for you & about your dream vision very rigorously by words of my mouth.

In order that you get instant & sure success in your challenging endeavour, I very humbly & respectfully want to suggest you as under:

1) People of Delhi are living in mental stress & agony & almost frustrated to the extent that they are unwilling to accept any sane or constructive ideas/ suggestions reason primarily being all round prevailing chaos even after 65 yrs. of independence. Not to expect of Utopian society, they are exclusively living in complete Denial Mode, kindly note.

2) By your reemergence on the horizon, they have started regaining consciousness and because you & your dynamic & energetic team have made this possible, it is your solemn duty to do whatever necessary in this regards soon to sustain this aura/tempo forever.

3) Please think many a time before making tall promises. For immediate relief to the aggrieved citizens of Delhi, please take up those jobs first which needs no large fund. Target corruption first as before. 50 percent of people`s problems will be over immediately after accomplishing this herculean task, because this is the main route cause of unending related problems.

4) Transparency should be your urgent norm. Not only online facilities, people should be provided services to their satisfaction (ideal) whenever they happen to visit any GOVT/PVT organizations. All essential services should be time bound & people- convenience- centric. Authority & Responsibilities must go hand in hand.

5) Please don’t make/ amend any rules & regulations afresh in haste. Start with existing ones, just see strict compliance from top to bottom. Complaints/Suggestion book must be easily accessible. Redressal of people`s grievances should be promptly attended to. With these measures you will notice the difference instantly & see citizen`s face with positive radiance.

6) Implement your actions plans as per the policies, beautifully explained/ narrated in your book “SWARAJYA”. In case it is implemented in true letter & spirit, people will compare your rule as RAMRAJYA, believe me.

7) Make a Holy Charter of TEN COMMANDMENTS for all the party`s members including yourself to follow strictly under any circumstances.

8) As Actions speak much faster than words, I hope you will be able to win the hearts of people from day one by your sincere & honest beginning. You must have faith in popular sayings- “Well began is half done”.

9) Keep in mind that your real asset is Aam Aadmi. Invest maximum in them by giving your valuable time & energy. Also involving yourself happily with them whenever you get the opportunities. They will reward you with many fold long term rich dividends which you may very badly require in future to replicate your success story model in other states of India.

10) You have the young blood & patriotic pool of people with multi background to fulfill your pious missions. Make use of their full potentials. You & your team have the wherewithal & caliber to hit the Target very easily now. Remember popular belief-“Where there is will, there is way”. Good luck to you all & your team. JAIHIND!

Rather, Election should be held frequently, every third year at the most...

In the interests of one and all... My dear countrymen! A lot of discussions are going on for the last few months about Election of Lok Sabha (centre)  and  Assemblies (states) to be held simultaneously but be it so  and  is it really good for the people  and  in national interests? On the contrary, according  to me, Election must be held as frequently as possible due to following good reasons: 1) If Election is held sooner than very longer like as the present, Candidate contesting the first time or sitting MP or  MLA.....etc re- contesting, will think at least twice before making promises  and  try to fulfill them sincerely as they have to seek votes again soon. This very Pressure  and  some sorts of Indirect fear will compel them to deliver. 2)  Hardly anyone disagrees with the fact that there is a world of differences generally noticed in the candidate's overall attitudes in their approach  and  behavior towards electorates before ( as Sewak)  and  after an election

Amidst all round demand from all quarters for women empowerment, it is more important  and  interesting too to know its pros  and  cons to our homes, families, and  society at large.
