When I was University student in 1975, my English professor who was my Mentor also once talking on voting in election informed me that not voting in Russia was treated as a crime. In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! This piece of writing is being written with the intention that it will definitely help everyone in some way or the other. Actually, the importance of communication was strongly imprinted my mind by one gentleman, son of Comptroller and Auditor General of India, running an electronic company, I started my career with around the year 1979-80. In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! The author is based in Delhi since 1979 and has had a small nuclear family of four that included his two sons. Passing quite a long time here with family naturally, he had to come across many a private Drs in illness or other emergencies while passing the hard life of Delhi. Being a normal human being  and  leading a very simple  and  content life always interested in passing on knowledge to others which I gathered through various sources. Here, I try to shed lights on the above topic which are purely based on my personal experiences gained while facing my day to day life. I hope they will definitely enlighten my readers. In the year 1985, when Rajiv Gandhi was the PM. He dropped a bombshell by openly admitting the fact that out of one rupee of govt. welfare scheme only 15 paisa reaches the targeted poor, rest goes to corruption. But it is more than 32 years now, one may have obviously thought that wide leakages must have now been plugged. Let me take you all to some of the events of the period 1975-77    I had been a Gorakhpur University student to the peak of my career in the year 1985 when I was in the field of entertainment Electronics and also attending some management classes then. There came a new VC, an IAS during the year 1975-77. He was specially called for to a very short stint just to cleanse the entire administration upside down which was in a very poor shape that time due to rampant corruption, Neta Giri   and  gundagardi everywhere. To the astonishments of one  and  all He did no wonder but taken just two very simple measures: First thing - He told the entire staff that anyone not found in his seat during office hours will be suspended. Second thing - His office reaching  and  leaving time were always a secret. Nobody knew when would he reach the office  and  leave. ...

In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! Following anecdotes relating to my school days when I was in 10th standard in the year 1971. Though these incidents are not worthy of narration but citing these here for knowledge's sake to my dear readers  and  also let people know how a word or two in a privileged certificate can play wonder  and  havoc simultaneously. Hope three examples below will not only surprise many of you but also enhance your knowledge. My schooling from 1st to 10th was done from Railway School Gorakhpur. In the interests of one and all ... My dear countrymen! With due respect to all and prejudice to none, Reservation issue has been very controversial, critical and sensitive issue since independence, nobody dares to even think of its abolition. Whenever the issue is raised in any forum for any alteration, it turns into hot controversy without fail leading to long agitation with all round destruction of man and materials nationally and always ends abruptly without any concrete  and  satisfactory solutions despite active participation of govt. and  judiciary both from time to time.
