As we understand, Arvind Kejriwal is a force, a vision, a spirit, a philosophy, a new result oriented approach. He has, truly speaking, discovered & adopted unique ways of addressing the social issues concerning poor common men of the country enabling them to live with dignity.

This honor was the great breakthrough in his life to activate the RTI movement at the grass roots level thereby empowering the people to fight corruption.
In his zeal to provide Delhiites a clean administration he in 2011 launched a mass movement with Anna Hazare & demanded enactment of Jan Lokpal Bill under the banner, " India against corruption "( IAC )This campaign later turned into India anti-corruption movement.
Situations turned so fast & finally reached the stage when he had to form a party, Aam Aadmi Party ( AAP) in 2012 under most compelling & challenging situations.
He fought election for the very first time in the year 2013, became CM of Delhi on 28th Dec'2013.Unfortunately, his reign lasted up to 14th Feb 2014, only for 49 days.
Since his was the minority govt, he had to resign after 49 days of passing the Lokpal Bill issue.
On 14 the Feb 2014, He returned the second time as CM Delhi with thumping majority, securing 67 out of 70 seats. In such a short period of a political career, he has established himself in the frontline of successful politicians, a rare achievement really unbelievable to date.
His elevation to the thrown twice is enough for countrymen to understand that actual power to do something rare lies with every common man & if really willed, nothing seems impossible for him. This is what Arvind Kejriwal virtually proved with his own burning example. Until his appearance in politics as a winner, it was beyond the imagination of a common man to enter politics as it was generally assumed to be a game of money & muscles power with possibly some party's backing. He proved this age - old myth as wrong.
His about two yr Delhi rule is virtually paving the way for all remaining parties to follow suit if they have to survive henceforth.
Persons, who are rich, affluent, & connected always unaffected whosoever rules & hence will probably not be able to understand what is going on & being done in Delhi very fast to ease & give people of Delhi a better & dignified life. Because they never happen to lead the life as common men do. Ask the poor below 50% of the pyramid, he will actually tell what this CM, Arvind Kejriwal is doing for them.
It is for the first time in Indian Political history that any party has from the day one of assuming office started fulfilling his poll promises one by one as promised during election & also commitments made in its manifesto. And if center supports fully, AAP is on its way to fulfilling most of its promises before ending its tenure.
Arvind Kejriwal is not limited to a Leader for himself but one who makes & creates Leaders fast. This has efficiently been proved in last Delhi Election when his AAP won 67 out of 70 & that too in great Modi 's wave.
So the rare model of governance he has shown in Delhi is exactly as per his vision & policies clearly laid down in a book named "SWARAJYA " authored by him.
He wants to replicate the same, Delhi model of good governance in every state & UT of India. But this will not happen overnight but only by degree. And now Arvind Kejriwal 's every move is aimed at his object only that is ( bird's eye ). Rest assured.
He has already tested the water by fighting the general election in 2014 in some states & having that experience in mind, re-strategised everything afresh how to move further with sure winning possibilities may be with fewer states in the beginning, with a clear aim of implementing the same model everywhere one by one as the opportunity comes .
Would you not like this to happen everywhere dear countrymen? If yes, you will agree, to accomplish this huge challenging tasks, he shall have to sacrifice almost everything & remain 24 hrs on his toe at the service of his party(AAP).
In view of the above explanation, limiting him to the state's politics only will definitely not be a good idea but to create hurdles on his way to realizing his goal thereby minimize his stature also.
Therefore, he to declare himself a CM face everywhere Or someone else before the election is an irrelevant issue. So the best practice should obviously be that CM surely be of respective state only & finally be chosen thru consensus from among the elected legislators for healthy political environments to prevail ever.
